These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Eibach South Africa. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of VAT.
• We make every effort to display accurate pricing and stock availability, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order to confirm whether you’d like to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
• Product images are for illustration — see each product’s description for exact vehicle fitment and specifications. Where a specific spec (such as exact lowering height) is not yet confirmed for your vehicle, the listing will say so and we ask that you contact us before ordering.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing, update product information, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders

Placing an order through this website is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is out of stock or there was a pricing error). A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm your order. It’s your responsibility to check that your vehicle’s make, model, engine and year match the product you’re ordering — contact us before ordering if you’re unsure, using the fitment search or the “Can’t Find Product?” enquiry form.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through the payment method(s) available at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing (for example, for approved trade/dealer accounts).

7. Installation and liability

Eibach products are performance components intended for installation by a qualified, competent installer. We strongly recommend professional fitment and a wheel alignment check after installation. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from incorrect installation, use of an incompatible product, or modification of the product after purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Eibach South Africa or Eibach, Inc., and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order. The “last updated” date above shows when this page last changed.
